Belt Test
Every time students advance a belt, there is a test. We test to show our knowledge of Tae Kwon Do, to gain confidence by performing under pressure, and to let our master determine the increase in our knowledge. There are five aspects of a test: Essays (white and black belts only), breaking, Poomse, one-steps, and self defence.
You will be taught the poomse, one steps, and self defence you need to test while attending class, but they are outlined here on the website to assist you in your practise at home.

Self Defence
These are trained responses to attacks you might experience on the street.
Students will break boards or sometimes concrete for higher ranks to demonstrate their power. Breaking
